Looking for another reason to workout? Try this one: exercise lowers stress levels. When you engage in a workout, your body releases serotonin, the hormone that makes you feel good. Are the kids stressing you out? Do some yoga. Stressful job? Hit the weight room. Not convinced yet? Stress also ages you; your mom wasn't lying when she said you gave her those wrinkles. So, if you want to feel less stressed and slow down your aging, I would hit the gym.
